Be a part of our mission

Are you a student, pre-licensed therapist, nurse, social worker, or emerging mental health professional looking for meaningful hands-on experience in community care and harm reduction? Join our volunteer team and become part of a growing movement dedicated to creating safer, more compassionate spaces at events, concerts, and community gatherings across Hawaiʻi.

This is a unique opportunity to:

  • Gain valuable clinical and field-based experience in crisis support and harm reduction

  • Accrue internship, practicum, and supervised licensure hours where applicable

  • Learn best practices in psychedelic-informed support, trip sitting, and trauma-informed crisis response

  • Build confidence in medical preparedness, emotional de-escalation, and psychological first response

  • Work alongside licensed therapists, nurses, and experienced harm reduction professionals

  • Deepen your understanding of psychedelic communities, nightlife culture, and community wellness

  • Attend concerts, festivals, and events while serving in a meaningful support role

 

This experience is especially valuable for students, pre-licensed clinicians, nurses, social work trainees, and anyone passionate about community mental health, crisis care, and integrative wellness.
