SOMATIC INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS
Join us for an 8-week experiential Somatic Internal Family Systems (IFS) group that blends movement, breath, music, and body-based awareness to explore your inner world.
This is advanced somatic work for people who are ready to meet themselves in motion. You’ll work directly with managers, firefighters, and exiles through embodied practices, learning how intention shapes movement and what it reveals about your inner system.

This is a higher-intensity somatic experience, meaning you’ll be invited into sustained movement, stronger sensation, and repetition - always with choice, pacing, and permission to modify or pause. This is not a bootcamp, and it’s not passive. It’s for people who want to gently build capacity rather than bypass their bodies. Through guided movement, breathwork, and reflection, participants cultivate nervous system resilience, emotional awareness, and embodied self-leadership. All practices are trauma-informed and adaptable.

Prerequisite: Completion of the Somatic Experiencing & DBT Group is required to enroll in our advanced Deeper Dive into Somatic Parts Work series. This ensures a foundational understanding of somatic tools and emotional regulation skills before moving into more intensive personal work.
Open to individuals seeking mind-body integration, trauma healing, and inner harmony. No prior IFS experience necessary—just a willingness to explore with curiosity and care.
MEET YOUR FACILITATORS
DAWN MARTIN
Dawn brings a grounded and compassionate presence to this transformative 8-week journey. A Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Dawn has over 20 years of experience in holistic psychotherapy and somatic healing. Her work blends clinical depth with spiritual and body-based wisdom, guiding clients to reconnect with their internal world through safety, curiosity, and self-leadership. Dawn has trained directly with Dr. Richard Schwartz, the founder of Internal Family Systems (IFS), and integrates this model with somatic practices to help clients gently access and heal their internal parts. Her approach is warm, experiential, and rooted in the belief that every part of us holds wisdom—and that true healing happens when the body and psyche are in conversation.

RENÉ CONNOLLY
René Connolly brings a dynamic blend of movement and mindfulness to the Somatic IFS Parts Work group. As the only Barre Intensity Certified Instructor in Hawai‘i and a pre-licensed mental health counselor, René offers a truly integrative approach to healing.
