This months special guest is CJ Breeden, who is the Overdose Prevention Specialist at the Hawaii Health and Harm Reduction Center (HHHRC). He will be talking to us about harm reduction and the use of NARCAN® as a life saving measure!​​​​​​

This small-group experience invites you to rebuild a peaceful, empowered relationship with food, your body, and yourself. During 8-weeks, we will explore the roots of diet culture, deepen body trust, and cultivate compassion. This trauma-informed group is for those wanting support around disordered eating and their relationship with food, body & self.​

CRAFTing Change: Supporting Loved Ones in Addiction
February 20, 2026
This training is intended to introduce the EBP of Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) model which empowers families to positively influence their loved one’s recovery while improving their own well-being.
Participants will learn how CRAFT providers can enhance family engagement, treatment readiness, and long-term recovery outcomes.​

Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Somatic Experiencing Group
Feb 16 - April 6, 2026
Join us for an 8-week therapeutic group exploring somatic experiencing and Internal Family Systems (IFS). You will learn how to gently connect with and tend to your internal "parts" through body-based awareness. This group intends to support nervous system regulation, emotional insight, and compassionate self-leadership. Participants will explore the roles of protector, manager, and exiled parts, while learning to deepen connection to their inner Self. Insurance welcome!

CRAFTing Change: Supporting Loved Ones in Addiction
Coming March 2026
Are you a family member of someone suffering from addiction and you don't know how to best support them, or yourself?
This 12-week CRAFT Family Course will provide practical, evidence-based skills to improve communication, reduce conflict, and create a more supportive home environment. Participants will learn how to encourage their loved one toward treatment and recovery through positive reinforcement, while also strengthening your own resilience and self-care.
