I bring a warm, direct, and grounded presence to my work and specialize in supporting young adults and adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, disordered eating, identity development, and life transitions. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and affirming, with a strong commitment to honoring complexity and nuance in each person’s experience. I use a holistic and person-centered approach to care, especially when working with individuals impacted by past trauma, interpersonal stress, and challenges in their relationship with food, control, and self-worth.

With a deep understanding of the unique stressors tied to military life, athletic identity, and high-achieving environments, I support clients in reconnecting with themselves and reclaiming agency in their lives. I especially enjoy working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community and those looking to explore their values, boundaries, and sense of self in a safe and collaborative space. Outside the therapy space, I enjoy hiking, reading novels, traveling, and spending time with my spouse and our two rescue cats, Ube and Ipo.
