What is included in the training?
The training will include two full days of holistic activities. Each day we will open with a meditation and light body movement/yoga session. We will spend time preparing and setting intentions for the day. You will be assigned a group (Group A or Group B). Group A will take the medicine one day while Group B will aid in the integration circle in the afternoon and visa versa on the following day. Lunch will be provided both days and you will have down time to take in the beautiful surroundings of the retreat space, swim in the private salt water pool, and practice mindful breathing in a cold plunge. We will wrap up the day with a breathwork session one day and shamanic drumming the second day.
How much is the training?
The training is $600 per person and is all inclusive. You will need to complete a mental health assessment to participate in this training. This assessment can be covered by your insurance or it is an additional $320.
Why is a mental health assessment required?
This training is an experiential training with ketamine so it is vital that we complete a mental health assessment to identify any contraindications to your health. It is essential that we be aware of any medical conditions, medications, supplements, life experiences or habits that can influence your experience with HIIBH. Our interest is in helping you have a safe and beneficial experience. This information is confidential. You will complete a 1 hour assessment with our psychiatrist. The assessment is an additional $300 or can be covered by insurance. We accept HMSA, UHA, HMAA, and Tricare.
