Kristin Naylor, MFT/MHC-A

My approach is holistic, integrative, and deeply person-centered, honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I meet you exactly where you are, recognizing that every experience you carry has shaped you in meaningful ways. Drawing from Narrative and Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) therapy, along with somatic and mindfulness-based practices, I support you in gently exploring your inner world while building practical tools for everyday life.

I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, self-esteem, and identity exploration, including those within the LGBTQ+ community. My work is rooted in creating a space that feels safe, collaborative, and attuned—where you can slow down, listen inward, and begin to reconnect with yourself.

I also support individuals in understanding and working with ADHD in a way that honors both the challenges and the gifts it can bring. Together, we explore how your mind and body naturally operate—cultivating awareness, building supportive structure, and embracing strengths like creativity, intuition, and dynamic thinking patterns.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in connection—to self, to others, and to the body. When you feel seen, valued, and supported, you begin to access your own inner wisdom. From there, growth becomes less about “fixing” and more about remembering, integrating, and moving forward in a way that feels aligned, grounded, and truly your own.
