Mike Alberts, MHC-A
“You are not alone in this. Whatever challenges you’re facing -whether in your relationships, personal growth, or recovery journey - there is a path forward, and I’m here to walk alongside you.”
My approach is rooted in deep listening—not just hearing, but truly understanding. I work from a foundation of Solution-Oriented Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, integrating cognitive and behavioral interventions to help you reframe challenges and create lasting, meaningful shifts in your life. Whether you’re navigating addiction recovery, relationship struggles, or personal transformation, I provide a structured yet compassionate space for growth.
Before becoming a therapist, I followed a unique path. After six years practicing law, I felt called to serve in a different way and enlisted in the Army in 2005, where I served for seven years. That journey led me to the field of mental health and substance use recovery, a space where I found my true purpose in helping others reclaim their lives.
