Aloha! I use an integrative and holistic approach to support clients navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, personal growth, and performance optimization. My work blends evidence-based modalities with somatic awareness, mindfulness, and an understanding of how the body, mind, and environment all shape wellbeing.
Before becoming a therapist, I was an athlete and former service member who experienced injuries and identity shifts, which taught me firsthand how resilience is built through both
challenge and self-reflection—and how deeply our mental health is connected to our physical experiences. These insights allow me to meet clients with empathy, practicality, and a collaborative, non-judgmental style.
I enjoy working with individuals who want to explore deeper layers of themselves and uncover a fuller picture of their wellbeing—looking at emotional patterns, nervous-system regulation, movement, nutrition, sleep, and the gut–brain connection. I also believe humor can be a powerful therapeutic tool, helping create space, perspective, and relief during challenging work. My goal is to create a grounded, supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself, develop new tools, and move toward a more aligned and resilient life. In my personal time, you’ll often find me in nature, exercising, traveling, or enjoying a good comedy show.
