René Connolly is the only Barre Intensity Certified Instructor in Hawai'i and is a pre-licensed mental health counselor. With certifications in Barre Intensity Interval Training, Advancing Cueing, Pre & Post-Natal Barre, and training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), René blends her expertise in movement and mental health to create a unique somatic practice for you.
